Enchantment Bug?

I'm trying to do an enchantment for the first time. The recipe was bought and learned the day before the path.

I find the recipe in my book and click on it to auto load all the proper items to enchant a bear hat. I hit the craft button and watch the progress bar do its thing but, instead of an enchantment I receive this pop up message...

"" This recipe requires a ?Bugged? of 30 or higher"""

My alch skill is 85, my proficiency is 65.2. Also trying on epic gloves but same thing. Does anyone know what my problem is or is it a bug?

Still broken and we're approaching the end of R36. Really? Enchanting one of the most important skills for making gear and it's left unfixed for an entire release? /sigh

 

To be fair there are alot of features still broken approaching the releaser of 36. Sure enchanting is important to crafting, but we still have broken combat mechanics and a ton of other stuff. Ive read lots of performance fixes coming R37 so looking forward to how that is defined.

 

Just a question, did you buy the enchantment recipe again? Maybe it is a bug from the grandfathering of recipes. I'll try tonight since I have the same problem, but if you check first please let us know.

 

I bought the recipe and learned it just before the release came out... I even went and rebought it after just in case it would fix the issue but wasn't able to relearn it.

But, after having it in my bag for a week or two I tried again and I was able to relearn it.... bugged still though.
