Details: There is an enounter in the mountains at the below Novia location that always opens a Plains encounter.

Encountering a wolf in a middle of a desert takes you to Plains Road Encounter.

An issue where Roving encounters were not matching location on Overworld was fixed in R35 patch 500. But if you see this still occurring in R35 patch 502 or in QA-R36 patch 413, please write a new ticket.
