Enemies List and view Notes from text entry box

It would be nice to have an Enemies list in the Social tab. In cases where altercations arise where a player or group of players has wronged you in some way, you'd be able to add them to this list and add notes. Currently if you unfriend a player from your social tab their name disappears from your list and there's no easy way to view a note you've made on another player in this case. Or maybe a Notes list which displays all players you have notes on?

I've noticed you can right click on a player's name in the chat window, but you can only view player notes when that player has responded to a message. Maybe allow us to right click on any previous chat entry to bring up the notes.

It would also be nice if you could do something like this:

/w player_name, [enter]

this brings up the player's name in the text box - then right click from there to see any notes you would have?
To player_name

 

I just block them and add a note why...
