essence and ice can't turn in quest

    Title: can't turn in item for essence of ice

    Details: can't figure out how to turn in the quest item for the orator at broken echoes silver mine for essence ice quest
    Steps to Reproduce: tried asking hi everything could think of it in your home,
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 8173
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti GPU RAM: 2007
    SotA.Win.64.884.Date.12.14.18
    Area: Novia_R6_Underground03_01

    Same problem, but this is not an NPC problem as I see. You have to get the Geisterseelen at broken echoes mines, but now there are "Slightly used geisterseelen". Its not a quest item, but a quest reward. So NPC cant react properly.

    Right, at 1st i didn't get the essence when i type in Essence Phylactory in the conversation with the guy (Skeleton) in front of mine entry. After Patch 61 he gave me, but i only got this "Slightly used Geisterseelen" pot. I have talked to the whiteguard Mahrs, but nothing happens, quest can't be finished.

    Still a problem for me. I didn't get the essence the first time. Played through the whole thing before I realized I didn't receive it. Found my way back to the Orator, said "essence" and received it. After getting the urn, "Slightly Used Geisterseelen," I can't figure out what keyword will trigger me the option to give the urn to the Orator to complete the quest. As this is one of my first quests, it's truly disappointing to see this is the initial experience presented to players.
