4. Details: quest giver needs to provide item "Essence Phylactery" for quest chain - else user cannot continue chain and has no idea or indication item is missing and then run around in mindless circles,
5. Steps to Reproduce: users have to enter string "Amount of Essence", there is no tag for this element, when talking to the orator before they finally provide the relevant item
