ETCETER: Asking Harbor Master Avitas about Syenna ...

    Details/Steps to Reproduce:
    I got the quest from Amanda, task on screen. Talking to the Harbor Master the keyword "Syenna" was missing.
    After typing "Syenna" the Keywords "Seyanna" and "Amanda" appear at the bottom.

    Keyword "Syenna" should appear from beginning.
