Hello everyone I have a question on "Eternal Pattern".

What is exactly the meaning? Is it a pattern that, once I got, I can use it all the times that I want on items that i find in the game? Or it is a pattern that once I used, I can not use it again anymore?

    Thanks for explaining

You can "eternally" salvage it from anything its applied to, and get the pattern back (to apply to the next weapon or armor you have).

Eternal patterns are returned when either a new pattern is applied to the item or the item is salvaged, once returned you can use it again.

When you use an eternal pattern it becomes bound to the item reshaped. But if it happens that you salvage the item OR apply another pattern to it, the eternal pattern will always come back into your inventory, so you can reuse it again, and again, and again....

Nope. You should always get the eternal patterns back. Good for using your pledge gear or coto gear to make your crafted gear look snazzier.

Is the Eternal Pattern also recovered if someone loots an item with it applied in PvP? I thought that was one of the original intents, but I don't PvP so I can't confirm.

It's recovereable if you pay the ransom if chosen :) but, otherwise - it is vulnerable to possible loss through PVP.
