    1. Title: Evasion doesn't last for full duration
    2. Reproduction Rate:
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: When taking hits evasion randomly ends(doesn't occur with glancing blow). sometimes needing to rebuff it every 2secs
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Use evasion > tank mobs
