Executable triggers malware scan

    Same as the last release ... the first time you run the executable, AVG triggers a malware scan. No problem is found.

    Haven't used AVG or Windows for years, but there should be a way to exclude SOTA's exe from monitoring on AVG. I would check AVG forums/manual on how to deal with that situation.

    Known issues in the patch notes suggest to make sure your virus program libraries are updated. Might want to check to see if that fixes the issue first.

    But adding the Sota executable and launcher to the white list isn't a bad idea either.

    I have never had a problem with Windows 10 built in AV scanner.
