    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 GPU RAM: 2017
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.504.Date.11.16.16
    Area: Novia_R7_City_Aerie
    Area Display Name: Aerie
    Loc: (238.8, 21.0, 126.2)

    EDIT: Well she sold me seeds later. but before no merchant window appeared. Also she keeps waling around the scene not stopping when I try talk to her.

    The merchant is on a schedule, and will not sell things when she's expecting to be asleep/not open for business. Many NPCs behave this way. There will be future polish that will assist with the contexts of conversations to make this clearer to players.

    Yeah more polished conversation would help players to see what is going on.
