[Expected]Hedges not place-able in/on bldg floors

4. Details: Hedges of various sizes are not place-able on Bldg floors even if its a first floor. I had a previous bldg wrapped in hedges pressed against the outer wall and have switched to the Shogun 5 story city. I wanted to wrap it the same but something about the bldg is blocking the placement(bldg edge flooring). Also if a person wants to put Hedges in there house to create a look this blocks that effort. just like other plants that are just deco or there grown then there place in a Bldg as deco all are place-able in houses so i believe the hedges should be too.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Tryed 3 different bldgs.
6. User Specs: i7 4.00ghz , 32gb ram, 108o geforce graphic card, ssd 1T

Unfortunately, I believe this is by design. Hedges, I believe, use our fence system, which necessitates the use of terrain/ground placement, and would not allow placement on top of home floors or other deco surfaces. if you like, I'd be happy to move this to the feedback section so it could be discussed further. The possibility of, perhaps, 'potted' hedge decos that could be places in interior?

 

So sad to not be able to wrap the building.
