[Expected]Torch durability goes down by 2, not 1.

    Title: Torch durability goes down by 2, not 1.

    Details:

    Torches lose durability at about 2 per 2 minutes. They will always go down by 2's, so always have an even durability number, never odd.


    Steps to Reproduce: Equip torch, watch durability decrease.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz (12) System RAM: 32603
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8110
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.Win.64.513.Date.06.26.17
