    It's your active quest task list, currently using placeholder quest IDs instead of an actual name.

    If you go into Controls, you can add a key to toggle it. I just used Ctrl-T.

    I have this too, except my list is much longer, and just above the list is small text that says "No Tasks"

    This is the new Task List system, although it's showing the unedited text for tasks/quests that haven't been fully established yet.
