    This last month I didn't really have the time to keep up on the SOTA news, so I didn't know what was going on in R10. I saw the tour guide when I got in-game, ignored him, and went about doing whatever, and then I saw this thread and saw you get a spiffy hat if you go through the with the tour. I can't resist a neat hat, so I'm glad this was posted.

    Well i'm really enjoying this :)

    Just completed the quest again, this time I took a little longer looking around.....still find Ardoris a problem with fps etc ....but all good :)

    Dont beat yourself up Duke! I did use your video only after spending a length of time hung up on on section of the quest.

    So it did help me in the end.

    First of all I have to say I saw your video just a few minutes after you posted and I USED IT yes I liked it.
    I don't understand why people get upset about that, they are not forced to see the video at all, but the still complain.o_O


    This is hilarious, you get flamed and the official Update #92 shows exactly same video created by The Mad hermit.

    Duke please put link to your video back again.


    So what is your opinion about Portalarium showing Mad Hermits video in the official web page??????

    No one was upset, flaming, or asking for it to be removed (unless some replies were deleted?) A differing opinion or raised concern does not = hostile/flame.

    Hey DV. You met Darrin Z with me at Gen Con?

    Hes not really playing as you know until closer to E1. Hes also a casual player.

    I dropped him an email thursday with a link to your video, telling him he may want to get himself a hat.

    It was his first time in game ever, he got the hat thursday night, and emailed me back later that he probably wouldn't have been able to without your video.

    Seems like itd be good to know that as i know how sometimes negative feedback can be a bit disappointing :)

    The original post has been updated. Thanks guys for the feedback. I want to be clear that I'm not discouraging negative feedback and rather I reacted to it. I didn't want to upset people for no cause and I encourage people to continue to tell me if they DO AND DO NOT like things I do... I'd rather spend my time on things people appreciate than things they don't. Hope that is clear but want to say it to be sure it's understood. Thanks all!
