Falling through stairs in Kingsport Sewers

    Kingsport Sewers dungeon
    first water valve has been opened

    when at location above
    player falls under stairs and cannot reclimb
    quickly died to monster gank squad and was not able to find an accessible ankh, was not able to climb ladder back to kingsport while dead
