    Title: Fan emote is not teachable
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Fan emote is not teachable (as many other emotes reported on QA)
    How can new players learn new emote when it is not teachable?
    Steps to Reproduce: Look at fan emote in list of emotes
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4) System RAM: 32713
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 GPU RAM: 2017
