Fast-Cast Option for Ground Targeted Skills

    Please add a Fast-Cast option for ground targeted skills (Blink, Fireball, Moon Beams, etc) removing the extra mouse click. It would play much better with the new targeting system and many prefer it even for the old targeting style.
