[Feature Request] - Hotkeys for Menu Navigation

This is a topic I brought up elsewhere, but I wanted to relocate it here as this seems to be the appropriate forum.

What I would like to see is hotkeys/keystrokes for menu navigation actions, such as toggling between tabs in the inventory, scrolling through lists of items or moving between skills, and interacting with objects (select/submenu/etc).

I know that this is primarily a mouse driven game, but for someone like me who can't use a mouse for very long (coupled with tiny, unscaleable UI elements), being able to bind keyboard keystrokes or controller buttons to interact with menus would be a godsend.
