Felled Trees Not Respawning

1. Title: Felled Trees Not Respawning
2. Reproduction Rate: everyday, every instance with tress
3. Blocker? certainly an un-needed time sink
4. Details: when farming an area, I stay in a single area till i am near over-weight, then i go offload and come back, but if i do not wait for the instance to completely reset, most of the tress in that specific zone are felled, laying on the ground as if already chopped and from that point on never re-spawn as harvest-able, sometime i need to wait at least 15 min for this to be reset
