    Sorry, but I don't like them. And there's no way to turn them off that I can find. They might work in a bedroom, but I thought Portalarium didn't want to go that direction.

    If you must leave some sort of 'combat sound' in, at least give us an option to turn it off like we have with the "attack ticks."

    I know how busy the Devs are, so I hate to bring this up again, but I would like to bump this post if possible.

    The sounds that Raven makes right now when she gets hit makes me not want to play her - and that's a sad thing. @DarkStarr - because I don't know what Leo Taylor's forum name is.

    @Lord LionHeart someone said!

    At least give us an option to turn off the sounds if we don't want them. [And the oriental fighting sounds are completely different than what you would hear from other cultures.]

    Well, I might be playing Selenor (Selenot? Selman?) next release to test out the new male Avatar.. but I agree that I won't miss the misplaced female combat sounds.

    I didn't have any female avatars to play around with... So this ~Time~ around, I built my test character as a female and I agree with the OP...

    The female sounds are a little too "little girlish" :confused:
