Filled Vial C not flip-able

    Title: Filled Vial C not flip-able
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker?
    Details:Filled Vial C can be spun but not flipped.. a vial of this type can not stand on its end without help
    Steps to Reproduce: pick up a filled vial C and press "R" to try and flip it
