    Title: find document in longfall woods issue with turn in.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: I happened to pick up the quest item prior to being asked to retrieve. upon talking and getting the quest I was in the same conversation able to hand it over. It gave the EXP however the quest ended up staying in my journal as active stating that I had not given it to him.
    Steps to Reproduce: get quest item before getting the quest, then talk to him and click on document hand over get reward. quest will still show up.
