Fire Attunement under by 10 - shows as 30, should be 40

    Details: I have 400 in the Fire tree, but the attunement shows as 30. It should be 40 = 400/10
    Steps to Reproduce: Calculate Fire attunement with the levels in Fire skills.

    AFAIK only the 10 most advanced skills are taken for the attunement

    true, but that tends to increase the average, not decrease it
