Fire Proof & Blue Blooded vs Well Grounded

    Why is the that Well Grounded only provides half the resistance than Fire Proof and Blue Blooded do at the same skill level?

    Balance, which they are are pretty spot on. A better question is why isn't there an earth resistance innate?

    How is that balanced? Air magic doesn't get any extra resistance from somewhere else that I know of.
