    Details:The first time you use sheet music from your toolbar to play an instrument after logging in, is very loud
    Steps to Reproduce: Have sheet music in your toolbar and the harp of invigoration equipped. Load the game client fresh, start on the world map, equip a fleet flute, play the sheet music from the toolbar. Subsequent plays are properly tied to volume slider.
