Fishing Broken in Ardoris

    1. Title: Fishing Broken in Ardoris
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Fishing doesn't work in Ardoris, the targeting recticle shows up on land but not on water, clicking water with the skill active does nothing.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Go to Ardoris, try to fish. Give up and go to Kingsport.

    Fishing should be back to working in all of the places that we have swimmable water. This change will make it into our next patch. Have fun!
