[Fixed 68469] Glyph Combo Icy Puncture has a shorter range than puncture & ice fist

    1. Title: Glyph Combos - Icy Puncture has Shorter Range than Puncture and Ice Fist
    2. Reproducible? Yes
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: Icy Puncture has a range of 3. Puncture has a range of 4 (1 hander with 101 skill in Reach). Ice Fist has a range of 4.9.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Combine Ice Fist + Puncture
    6. User Specs: (RAM, CPU, GPU and Operating System only)

    Confirmed this by testing - the range is indeed shorter not just in display but also in practice.

    Fixed, FYI noticed that Ice Fist was taking additional range from the fire range passive, so that's been removed. You'll get more on your puncture (should equal your polearm range or be close to it), but Ice Fist will be a standard 3 until any sort of Ice range ability is created and added to ice abilities. CL 212927
