    this is not fixed on live, even as of 1540, but is fixed on qa 1339. i suspect it didn't get into the live build for some reason and may need to be force-added to the next one. @DavidDC

    Title: Character - Frogkin skin not showing on arms.
    Reproducible: 100%

    Details: Bought [Epic Leather Chest Quarter-Armor +5] for my character who uses the Frogkin Ring all the time and is whole body green. When I put this item on, the characters arms are normal skin tone not green.
    When I put her old stuff back on she has green arms again.
    Steps to Reproduce: Put [Epic Leather Chest Quarter-Armor +5] on.
    Specs: ( RAM:32gb, CPU:AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, GPU:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB OS: Win10 )
