[Fixed] Jade Mountains Red Cart bugged

    1. Title: Jade Mountains Red Cart bugged
    2. Reproducible? Yes
    3. Blocker? 50/50
    4. Details: It seams in Jade Mountains(POT) if you exit the town using the Red Cart to over map you arrive in a random over map spot. (1 member arrived over Jade Valley and another member arrived over Aerie.) If you use the regular side of the map exits. You correctly wind up on the over map by Jade Mountain in Mistruender.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: 2 members checked. (I'll also check tonight when I'm on and update.)
    6. User Specs: (RAM, CPU, GPU and Operating System only)

    This appears to be fixed. I went to the Red Cart at the Central location in Jade Mountains and exited via the cart four times and each time exited correctly outside Jade Mountains in Mistrendur.
