    Details: I crafted a Legendary BMC ring and the tooltip is showing the same Meticulous Collection Percentage as an epic: +6%.
    Steps to Reproduce: Craft Legendary BMC ring.

    i see the difference, but i'm not sure which thing is wrong. 91 patch notes say those rings would tier through 2-6%, so i'd expect common 2, uncommon 3, rare 4, legendary 5, epic 6. so, at a guess, the legendary has too much? @Elgarion

    i do see the encumbrance capacity and health debuff do differ between them.
