Since the last patch 1410 I have noticed players near me were disappearing. We found that after you mount, and the mount is buggy, and then dismount, your avatar stays in the dismounted location on other players screens. The person sees everything normally but to those around they are in the same place.

I crossed the town and was still staying in the same location for those around me. We tested in party and out and the results seemed to be the same.

    Additional information:

Doing a the Tamer Buff Quest in South Boundless Forrest we found if you mounted and and dismounted you could not hit the totems until you reloaded the scene. It was as though the server could not find your location.

Verified. After the mounted player dismounts they stay in that position even if they run off. While they are moving the "Ghost" left behind walks in place. The person in the screenshot is not really there, they are running around town off screen.

I'm watching as my friend's character as I trot by on a mount.. and my mount disappears as I get close, and then pops back in. The animation also looks jumpy.

When I dismounted, I observed this bug as reported - from my friend's character's POV, I am still standing there and walking in place.. I mounted again, and then dismounted, and now my character disappeared from my friend's POV.

Chris is aware of this, based on reading his Twitter, and working on a patch.
