[FIXED] 633 Elysium mines rockfall sfx not tied to volume slider

    Title: Elysium mines rockfall sfx not tied to volume slider
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: The sound effect that plays when the small pile of rocks falls from the mines ceiling isn't tied to the sfx or main slider, I have my volumes all at 0 and still hear it.
    Steps to Reproduce: Turn main and sfx sliders to 0. Go to Elysium mines and run around until you see the rockfall animation. Listen.
