    Title: Unable to remove Saddle and Bags with Stand from lot
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: I cannot remove my placed Saddle and Bags with Stand from my lot. It turns red when placed in my bag and when i log out and back, in it returns to where it was originally placed on my lot. I tried picking it up directly from my lot to my bag and also directly from the deco palette to my bag. Neither works.
    Steps to Reproduce: See above

    At the suggestion from someone is discord, I also placed the home in my property manager and then replaced home. I still have the same issue.
