    Title: Tanglemire - NPC guard knew my name but I never spoke with them before & possible typo

    Details: NPC guard knew my name, but I never spoke with them before. Also they say 'hallo' instead of 'hello' - maybe it's a cute local dialect?
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter Tanglemire and speak to this guard.

    Thanks for the report and updates! Issue #67574

    The NPCs who won't share their name do share a common conversation behind the scenes. It feels like when a player tells one of them their real name, then a second NPC who uses the same conversation also knows it. I'll do some tweaks to make sure they're all individuals to fix this
