Title: Casting the light spell is different when standing still with a mount or them moving
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?
Details: If you summon a mount, and mount the horse, and then stand there and do not move, clicking on the light spell on your hot bar will make you dismount the horse. If however you are mounted on your horse and are moving, if you cast the light spell on your combat bar, the light spell will get casted but you do not dismount from the horse. This also works for the (combat?) Dash spell as well (when spell is added to hot bar and clicked). Can also cast Strength of Earth.

This is probably(?) intended but was noticing this.

Steps to Reproduce: Summon a mount and mount the horse. Have the light spell on your hot bar. Stand still while on the horse. Click the light spell on hotbar. Player will dismount horse. Summon and mount horse again. Continue forward while mounted, cast light spell on hotbar, the player will cast the light spell but is not dismounted.

This is still present in build 1084. Except while on a mount, cast the light spell on your hotbar, and when you are standing still, the horse immediately disappears while you are still mounted. You then dismount. If your horse is however moving, if you cast the light spell, you will cast the light spell and are not dismounted. The Dash skill also works while mounted and you are moving, and speeds up your horse.

This is now fixed in build 1085. You cannot cast light or dash when mounted.
