    Title: Unable to place ornate wall garland strand and swag 2017

    Details: unable to place the wall garlands on any wall including the lighthouse, the crafting palavin, and boathouse.
    Steps to Reproduce: took the items to all my homes and they would not place.

    I was able to place the crafted wall garland strand on an outside wall. And the ornate ones will place on some blocks. But none of them will place on any inside house walls. Tried a variety of houses.

    I can confirm that all garland wall and mantle items not placable this year please fix
