    This is resolved in build 1331. With a new character, receive Investigate Sobbing quest. Speak to Natasha and advance quest. Speak to Marlin and advance quest. Click the Lord Harcourt Drumplemouth keyword and receive a response from Marlin:

    [8:57 PM] Marlin: Yeah, I saw you talking to Natasha. I'm Marlin. What'd you say your name was, outlander?

    [8:57 PM] Marlin: Wish I could be more cheerful in meeting new folks, but these are trying times, as I'm sure you've gathered after talking to Natasha. We sure could use your help.

    [8:57 PM] Marlin: Listen, Avatar... we lost all our money, our properties, our entire businesses to Lord Drumplemouth. He put everything into his personal vault. None of us have the skills to get into that vault... but YOU do. You get our assets back and we get our lives back, whether Drumplemouth is agreeable or not. There may need to be "sacrifices." You understand me, Avatar? We need you to make things right.

We need you to make things right.
