Title: Gigantic Ore Nodes (various scenes)
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

Can be added to the list:
    Plains Encounter
    Greymark Forest

Some of them also seem to be moved slightly also, but that could just be due to the mesh's origin.

Do we need to compile a list of scenes?

Of note to the devs, this could actually be a very interesting mechanic, in that a large ore node could hide other ore nodes underneath it.

The nodes underneath it are still selectable however. If you could possibly hide them with the larger node?

I actually saw exactly that once many releases back in the Forest Road Encounter. An iron node behind a silver node. Have never seen an iron node there before or after.

Thanks for the report! Issue #68477

What's going on is this: Each ore node type has a primary source, called a "prefab". Every ore prefab should have the same position/orientation, but some silver and gold ore nodes were way off. I corrected this and updated a ton of scenes afterward. I also fixed what should have been an invisible "error" in a copper node prefab, but it turns out there are a bunch of local edits made in different scenes that are resizing them.

I've already submitted a fix for Elysium Mines and I'll work on others are people report them. Yes, please report each scene that has too-large ore nodes--but you don't have to report each location, just the scene and ore type. Thanks in advance!

Today's patch note says the known ore nodes have been fixed, but Greymark Forest still has at least one:

Thanks for all the updates, everyone! I think some of these may have already been fixed and are possibly live now. However, I'll be checking all the locations that were shared anyway, just in case. Issue #68487

This one seems to be the correct size, whereas before it was too small. The higher the tier of the ore node, the larger it should be, up to a maximum of 235%. So, anything the size of an elephant is too large.

Below is an image that should give you a sense of the proper scale. Tier 1 ore nodes (100% size) are on the left, then proceeding to the right are tier 2 (135% scale), tier 3 (170% scale), tier 4 (200% scale), and the last row is tier 5 and up (235% scale). Because most ore nodes are jammed into rocks and debris, it might be hard to see that it's actually the proper scale, so just use this information as a guideline and don't worry if it's only a little bit larger or smaller.
