    everyone can see them, but they might have to trick the system a bit. you can do something on your lot to bring up the deco toolbar, pin it, and hit the checkbox to show those boxes.

    Decoration editor shows that there is not any grass/tree remover. It is a Britt Mart row lot in the middle of town. Furniture will sit anywhere in that area, just not rugs.
