[Fixed 68726] Well of Aldur scene has blue marker for Meet Captain Kinsey

    Title: Well of Aldur scene has blue marker for Meet Captain Kinsey

    Details: With a new character, going through the tutorial, then speaking to Private Garridon and they will give you the Meet Captain Kinsey task. Exit Solace Bride Outskirts and go to the Well of Aldur and see this marker present:

    Steps to Reproduce: Create new character. Finish Battle of Solace Bridge and go to Solace Bridge Outskirts. After arriving to Solace Bridge Outskirts speak to Private Garridon who will give you the Meet Captain Kinsey task and journal entry. Exit Solace Bride Outskirts, and go near the Well of Aldur and observe blue marker and task in the compass: Task: Meet Captain Kinsey. This is with an account that does have Episode 2 access.
