[Fixed 68761] Artifact Shields Cannot Accept Patterns

    1. Title: Artifact Shields Cannot Accept Patterns
    2. Reproducible? Yes
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: New pattern changes should allow patterns to be applied to artifacts. Shield of Attraction and Shield of the Wicked King will not accept shield patterns.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Use blacksmith table, insert artifact shield + pattern + 2 coal (or try to use the shield modification option in the drop down, but that won't work either), craft button does not light up and clicking it anyway does nothing.
