[Fixed 68959] Braemar Crier POI is misnamed

    However you need remove the "bank" tag from town crier and attach it to nearest banker and add tag "Town crier" to town crier. I mean this is must possibly easy to do.

    verified: the seperate banker is a recent addition. if the single POI is meant to refer to them both perhaps it can be shifted a bit to be more between them.
