[Fixed 69084] Anthem of Alacrity gives Dexterity when sung by someone without bard spec

    Title: Anthem of Alacrity is missing the Dexterity on tooltip
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: Currently this skill give a Dexterity bonus, but is completely missing from the tooltip:

    Steps to Reproduce: Successfully cast Anthem of Alacrity, observe a Dexterity buff applied to party members. See no Dexterity listed at all in tool tip for Anthem of Alacrity.

    so the skill description is correct. it shouldn't show dex, to you or anyone else without spec. the problem is that you're getting the spec bonus when you shouldn't.

    verified, it gives me dex and i don't have spec, either.

    Players without the Bard specialization will no longer inappropriately receive the Anthem of Alacrity bonus for Dexterity in their spell effects. CL 213778

    Just needs to patch in.

    Seen fixed in build 1452. I was no longer seeing a dex buff being applied, with no bard spec. Thank you!
