[Fixed 69993] earth summon thinks its close enough to attack but isnt

    Title: The earth summon does not maintain minimum distance to land its melee attacks but thinks it is
    Reproduction Rate: 80%-ish
    Blocker? No
    Details: If a mob moves a bit further away or sometimes the summon stops short it will perform its melee animation but no event is logged in the event log and no attack occurs. The earthquake does occur though.
    Steps to Reproduce: Use teleport to position the summon at various distances from a target and then watch its attacks in the log. It wont take long to reproduce. Example anim gif is against a dummy but it happens a lot during actual battle.

    i confirm this does appear to be resolved. thank you! no more teleporting my ele as close as i can get all through a battle :)
