[Fixed] Auto-Attack not engaging when being attacked by creature

Title: Auto-attack is not engaging when being attacked by a creature
Reproduction Rate: 100% of the time for more than 30 seconds.
Blocker? Unkown
Details: When a creature attacks, my avatar will stand there and not engage with her weapon. The combat bar will come up, but she does not equip her weapon. I counted more than 30 seconds each time before pressing the first glyph which is an blade attack glyph. My avatar then proceeded to auto-attack once without a weapon, and then the weapon equipped for the second attack.
Steps to Reproduce: Ensure that your avatar will use auto-attack when being attacked. Be OUT of combat mode and standing still while allowing a creature to hit you several times. Wait for your avatar to equip their weapon to fight back. I counted more than 30 seconds before I engaged with the creature myself.

But seems you still need to Target something for "Auto Attack" to work?

I still believe Auto Attack should do what it says but.......

We've also made some changes to auto-attack that will go live with R40. If you're still seeing issues, please bug them in the R40 Forums when those go up. Thanks!
