    Title: Camera control is lost periodically with mouse
    Reproduction Rate: Often enough to be an issue
    Blocker? Can be if I am in Combat
    Details: This is similar to an older bug from way back. Periodically, when I use the right mouse button to look around while moving, the camera will snap back into a different direction. I havent noticed this as an issue for quite a while but it does make it difficult to navigate smaller areas like bridge or wooden beams ...etc...
    Steps to Reproduce: I can recreate this when I spend a great deal of time mouse looking and moving at the same time. This has happened on an empty POT as well as a heavy populated instance
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 5.3 Ubuntu 18.04 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 32061
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072
    SotA.Linux.64.1201.Date.05.11.20
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01c_template/Knightmare Falls
    Area Display Name: Knightmare Falls
    Loc: (58.6, 38.0, -383.9)
    Debug: UE9UX2ZvcmVzdF9tZXRyb3BvbGlzXzAxY190ZW1wbGF0ZXxLbmlnaHRtYXJlIEZhbGxzfCg1OC41NzQsIDM3Ljk5LCAtMzgzLjg3Myl8KDAsIC0wLjQwNSwgMCwgLTAuOTE0KXwzOTIuMDQxN3wtNC44ODk3NzJ8MS4yNQ==
