    Cannot Claim 2017 Ornate Garlands Mega Pack (digital)2017 Yule Gift Set (digital)

    I have been trying since xmas 2017, many many times...
    I have sent it as a gift to myself, claimed the gift, only to have it never show up.

    please advise.
