[Fixed] Crafted Jewelry Tooltip not showing enchantment failures

    Details: The tooltip for crafted objects is not showing enchantment failures for any types of jewelry. This has also been confirmed by another player.
    Steps to Reproduce: Fail at enchanting a piece of jewelry. Check tooltip.

    So far I've checked on a newly crafted Bronze Necklace, some previously crafted Gold Rings, and some previously crafted Rings of Fire Epic of Sorcery, and all have this same bug.

    @DavidDC did just consolidate that UI as in some cases it was too long for the screen.
