[Fixed] Deco is disappearing in my POT.

    When placing a village marker for a player in my town I cannot see the house pop up. Then after its placed I cannot view any other lot markers that are unclaimed or claimed. I am the Governor in Skalabrekka. I am having to log out completely and log back in to see the house that was just placed. It is not loading basically. Then I ran out of town to place a marker for a player and ran back into town and Everyone's lot deco and some of my town deco is gone (not visible). Im having to relog every time in order to fix the issues. No error messages are popping up. I am on the same update as the other players. SoTA.Win.64.1065.Date.10.29.19--- This also happens when I pick up a property marker or a Steward picks one up. Deco is not loading at all and FPS drops tremendously!

    Bug it, they are already trying to figure out what this is as I was having it happen in QA. I couldn't isolate it though.

    The first step is simply picking up a property marker. I can reproduce this every time I pick one up or a steward does. Doesn't get any easier than that :)

    Thanks for the info! I am still looking into this.

    Good thought, but this seems to be a separate issue.

    Your welcome @wizardsmoke I just now noticed also when I pick up any deco in my POT and place it in my inventory, It pops back to the same location it was removed from for a split second. Never did this before.
