    1. Title: Default POT Banker is a Flibbertygibbet.
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: The default POT banker (maybe all bankers) will slowly spam you with the same sentence. The screenshot below shows dialog within about a 5 minute duration.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Open the bank and watch the chat screen.
